Bullet Journal Weekly Review -Weeks 50-51
I hope you guys all had a great Christmas, though it was different for all of us. We had a quiet day at home with the boys watching movies and eating lots of food.
I tried a new brisket recipe from one of my favorite food guys on YouTube, Binging with Babish. It was a two day process, but man, was it worth it!
I also didn’t do much of anything else. But I did get started on my annual re-reading of The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe.
A friend asked me what WHB means on my Saturdays. It stands for Weekly Home Blessing from FLYlady where you take about an hour to get some cleaning things done. I do it on Saturday because then on Sunday the house is presentable and the toilets aren’t gross and we can invite someone over or I can completely relax for the day knowing the big things are done.
Oh, and I have a reminder on this page to share with you guys a podcast I was on recently. It’s part of the Apologetics Ministry at our church, and I think it went pretty well. Though I haven’t had the guts to listen to it yet! If you’re interested, you can listen here: https://theambassadorsforum.com/radio/ (scroll down to the Nov 28 show. Try to forgive them for spelling my name wrong.)
I’m going to try that recipe for clam dip this week and I’ll post a review because it’s a gem from my mom’s 1970’s recipe box!
I scribbled out some thoughts on goals for 2021 and will probably revisit some goals from the previous few years that were never met and share what I came up with next week. Along with my new 2021 Bullet Journal and my set up for January!
